This is an update of my review posted in 2017. I was a client of this firm in 2016. I finally, after over 3 years, received compensation for poor service totalling over £11,000 and an additional £500 compensation for the emotional impact of the poor service. The firm rejected my complaints meaning I had to take the matter to the Legal Ombudsman who made a legally binding decision in my favour. It still took nearly 4 months for the firm to pay me the monies owed. They attempted to get a Judicial Review to overturn the Ombudsman decision but this application was rejected and dismissed.
