We hired CAD UP to design the extension and conversion of our garage into a music rehearsal space with attached accommodation. Working with both Keith and Cameron was really straightforward, and they had great ideas to help us make the most of the available space and the numerous planning constraints.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cameron and the team for any residential building design project. Throughout he was attentive to our needs (despite how fussy they were! ) and did everything within the realms of possibility to make it happen. Having already decided what style of build l required, Cameron Lloyd drew up my design and tweaked it in short notice to get it through planning. What can I say?! A truly professional company with client needs at heart. We had some excess land we wanted to hbuild on but didn’t know how to go about it. Earlier this year I engage with Cameron to draw up some plans for build at a home I had recently taken control of.

Cameron did a fantastic job with the drawings of our house loft conversion and redesign. I recently contacted CAD UP for a general chat about a residential renovation project.
I was impressed by their knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity that I engaged them for the project. Needless to say, they did not disappoint in any way. What you get with CAD UP is a guaranteed service, friendly experienced staff with in depth knowledge of all aspects of architecture and design and most importantly they do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it by. As with any project tweaks are required and again these were incorporated without fuss. CAD UP also did some 3-D visualisations of the property which really helped see the end result before any work even started.
