We rent 4 office spaces at Basepoint (Winchester) and have been here for almost 12 months. I have always received an excellent service from all the staff who work here and nothing is too much trouble for them. The facilities are excellent and well maintained at all times. As already mentioned in a previous post, parking can sometimes be a bit tight, but to be fair, steps have been taken to alleviate this and, in my experience, it is normally only non permit holders ( visitors) who have issues parking and I have always managed to get a space!Overall a great location to work from; very close to the M3 and Winchester City Centre . Zulfiya and her team do an amazing job at Basepoint Winchester. - they cannot do enough for you and make everyone feel important. Graham is the most amazing handyman always on hand and eager to help in anyway. Graham is a valuable asset to this site solving so many day to day requirements - can we borrow a stock chair? can you help with this etc etc..Zulfiya ensures that everything runs smoothly and ensures that when needed complimentary refreshments are at hand - especially when moving in. The team at Cloudcell Technologies Limited really appreciated such . Zulfiya always goes that extra mile to please with a welcoming smile each day however busy she is. Don't hesitate to rent an office from this location. Yes the parking can sometimes be busy due to cars being parked without resident permits but thats not Basepoint's fault its the drivers, as there is an overflow carpark. Rest assured though,if a problem does arise, the Basepoint staff rally round as a team to get the situation rectified as quickly as possible - what more can you ask for.. work from Basepoint Winchester and enjoy going to work:) More...
