For the past 10 months I have been going to Baseline Fitness and not once have I had to drag myself out of bed to go! The one-on-one attention you get from an enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer is incredible! The vibe and energy in the classes are amazing! Baseline fitness is an amazing personal trainer who motivates and trains her clients with enthusiasm. I have had amazing results with Baseline Fitness and cannot wait for what she has in store for us next!

Well a trainer can only be as good as the effort her client puts in... and you Gess, are a superhero!! Keep up the work and those result will roll in before you know it!

We asiss our clients through a personal approach. No two clients are the same, and will never be "boxed" in the same manner of training.

Even in group classes, our clients still get coaches as an individual, with the circuit being tailored to each one's needs.

Commitment, dedication and the right space of mind... That's is the basic tools you need to achieve that body of your dreams. Leave the rest up to us.

Watching our clients face light up at the assessments each month, seeing their results and progress. Realisi g that all that effort they out in, has shown them the reward of progress.

And of course all the fun and laughs we have in each session!!

We wanted to share the feeling of personal success with others. Everyone should feel amazing, great and proud of themselves, and we want to help them feel that!

We are passionate about what we do. Every clients goal, becomes our goal too. So we stop at nothing to achieve that for the client.
The time we spend with our client isn't about the mundane training, and only for hour and not a minute longer. No! That session is filled with laughter, a time to forget life and get in with the exercises.
