I was fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment the same day with Frankie. Totally impressed! I felt completely at ease with Frankie as he knew exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my hair and he was completely confident in what he was doing. Also helped my confidence as he talked me through everything he was doing as he cut and blow dried my hair. I can out of the salon completely happy with the result, and having now washed and blow dried it myself am completely and utterly in love with the result which is rare as it normally takes me a good few days of practice before I'm happy with a new haircut. I felt that I was getting a brilliant service from someone who was confident and passionate about giving the best possible result. Totally worth every penny! More...

Easily the best Hair cut I've had in years, I am so glad my friend recommended Barry Alan and especially Frank. The salon is lovely and welcoming, it's such a relaxing place and the staff are all so friendly. I always get so nervous having my haircut after a few bad experiences in other salons but Frank knew exactly what my hair needed to make it healthy and bouncy, pretty unheard of as my hair is usually extremely straight and flat. His knowledge and skill were great and he really explained in detail why the cut would work and improve my hair and it just looks beautiful! I rarely ever give reviews but I can't recommend enough! I really like that they listen to what you want and then tweak it to suit your hair. Always happy with my haircuts and get lots of compliments on it. Just want to say a massive thanks to Kat for a beautiful cut, colour and blow dry last weekend! I wasn't fully sure of whether what I wanted to have done would suit me and she did a wonderful job - really listening to what I wanted and giving advice on what would work with my face shape and complexion. I felt like she really cared about how it turned out and that the style would suit me. She was also really friendly and made the three hour appointment fly by!
