DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY i was employed as a mobile cleaner working under (Sharron) She will put all of her pressure onto you and she will make you work every hour of the day without any notice, She shows you onto job sites but if you dare ask a question why she is showing you around the job she will tell you to SHUT UP don't speak listen! she did this on 6 occasions, example i worked Monday morning meeting Sharron at a site, i informed her that i was unwell and was unable to carry out that days work, she told me to 'park the van up and walk home' from chester and sacked me there and then. as you can imagine she got told where to go and also exactly what i thought of her old scruffy scouse arse, i returned the van within the hour when i got my final pay they had taken all my wage away and left me with £20 i was expecting £500, avoid like the plaugue, More...

Cleaners sent in there best workers (managers) on the trial to make us think this was the service we would be provided every week. This was not the case and they then sent a different cleaner every week and some of these staff had not worked a day in cleaning ever and would openly tell us that they hated there job and how bad the company was to work for. Cleaners would be on there phones on shift or be walking round with earphones in having personal calls in the middle of a busy warehouse. Would not empty bins and cut corners where ever they could. They enticed us in with their claim to be a 'premium' cleaning service. Their cleaners are awful and half of the ones they send have never cleaned a day in their life. Constantly not emptying bins, upon their phones throughout the shift, failing to clean key areas such as toilets, mopping floors and hoovering. AVOID this company because after complaining multiple times, instead of resolving the issue, they just terminated the contract and left as without a cleaner. Very unprofessional. More...

I signed up with Barringtons Cleaning a little over a year ago and everything Jane promised me at the time was delivered. An extensive builders clean complete with carpet clean and all the windows cleaned . I have a daily cleaning service which is not only reliable but is also of a very high standard. This company are an absolute joke,advertise job as 40 hours and have you working up to 70 hours a week for no extra money ,worked out at less than the minimum wage
Always having to recruit staff because no one will stay very long,the owner treats employees abysmally and has no people skills

Always up for a challenge, and were not phased when we asked them to clean roads after the 26.2 mile Chester Marathon running race. Barringtons worked with us to develop procedures, removing 30,000 plastic bottles and associated waste for recycling.
