I went with a friend to a Sunday morning class and I am still a little sore (it is Tuesday). The class was a great 1 hour workout and the instructor was very helpful and offered modifications. I signed up for a class through classpass not knowing there were free classes for first timers today. To my surprise I received an email from the studio telling me to cancel my classpass(save the credits) and sign up on their site for a truly free class. That was already a great start! The workout was great, more sweating than bar method or pure barre but the main difference is the vibe of the studio. It is big and bright and the staff is so warm and welcoming. They also offer childcare for 5$ and there were the cutest babies being held by staff when I arrived. Will definitely be back! More...

I absolutely LOVE this studio!  It is so warm and inviting and the instructors are top notch.  I am challenged every single workout and leave dropping in sweat every class.  Out of all the barre studios I have tried, I get the biggest cardio burn from Barre3 but still get a full body workout with toning at the same time.The studio itself is clean and bright with added natural light from the large windows on Cordell Ave and the cork floor and mats are cleaned between each class.  It is also nice that the classes can be taken barefoot so no need to remember to pack sticky socks.Parking is free in the nearby county lots & garages all weekend & is free on the street before 9am everyday and all day Sunday. For the weekday evening classes, I recommend parking in nearby Woodmont-Rugby garage which is only $1 per hour if you download the MobileNOW! app. More...

Barre3 is a great addition to Bethesda! I patiently awaited their grand opening and I am grateful to be a part of the B3 community. Each class is similar yet different enough that you get a diverse workout each time you go to class. The studio is super clean, the instructors are some of the most friendly I've ever encountered in the Barre world. I especially appreciate how non-intimidating B3 Bethesda has been since I first set foot in the studio. They make new attendees and regulars alike feel welcome and energized at each class.They also reiterate the importance of modifying movements as you need to for your body.  I have tried other Barre studios in Bethesda and simply did not get the vibe I was looking for, so I moved on. With B3, I have locked in the Founding Membership Promo they offered which makes going to class a no brainer since I can easily get my money's worth - and a great workout too, of course! More...
