Barre Time is a carefully structured syllabus aimed at each and every muscle of the body by two qualified ballet teachers in the Cecchetti method of ballet. I loved the course and can't wait to become a Barre Time Trainer! The pilates, ballet and cardio combination makes for such a wonderful way to workout. In my opinion it's a great addition to any active, healthy lifestyle. The burn hits al the right places and the high tempo skyrockets your heart rate which makes for a good fatburn! More...
