They farmed the move out to a totally different company and expected me to liaise directly with them. Very unprofessional practice.

The removal people were friendly, but heavy handed, leading to quite a few items being damaged, such as a broken chair. The 'key delay' fee was excessive and applied fully regardless of the fact that I helped moved a lot of things in myself.
