It seems upper class. Very pretty decor. Great place for a wedding reception. Has a very large deck that over looks a Marina and the Illinois river. The Banquet Hall is located on the second floor up, so the view was amazing! More...

I have used East Port Marina for about 8 or more years for my Annual Spaghetti Dinner for Easter Seals. The staff is always friendly and the accommodations are outstanding. Everything is included in the price you don't have to worry about anything. I thank Mr. Barrick for his generosity in allowing us to hold our event at his facility. I look forward to many more years. Was very flexible with food and decoration set up. Food was decent. It did taste a little better at the tasting than it did at the wedding reception though. Nice venue! Hosted numerous Rotary social events as well as my daughter's wedding reception here. Balcony affords wonderful views and great area for socializing. I love the separate area for the buffet line, makes things less cluttered. Bar area is functional and great space for appetizers, desserts or for displays. Unbelievable experience. I do not have enough great things to say about the venue, the staff, and the food. The staff, every single one of them was genuinely there to help us with anything that we needed and was constantly making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The food was cooked to perfection and there was option there for everyone, whether you were vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, they had it. The place itself was beautiful and so clean, they let us stay until 11pm even though they had a wedding the next morning to set up for.
