Barefoot to Bow Tie Events

Kaitlin planned my daughter's graduation party. I was very nervous about trying to do anything in the current atmosphere but she assured me she could pull off a socially distanced, yet fun event. She handled it so professionally, I was blown away. I knew it would require more work on her part, from extra tables, tents, hand sanitizer everywhere, and just the amount of distance she would have to work and monitor during the party. She put the appetizers in little separate clear cups and it actually looked elegant. Many guests told me they were likewise impressed with how it was handled. Katie was such a huge help throughout my entire wedding planning process! I’m not sure how we could have gotten from an idea to an actual wedding without her. From setting up (and re-setting up when we changed my mind) to helping take everything down and stored safely, Katie was there to help and ensure the process went as planned! She had an amazing eye for detail to make sure every centerpiece looked perfect, every table cloth was sitting perfectly, every wedding party member knew what they were supposed to do, and everything looked just the way I had envisioned. We truly appreciated her giving us tips and ideas during our planning process and the day of to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible.

Katie had a list of tasks and important details covering every piece of my wedding day to make sure we had thought of everything. I’m so glad she was there to think of and manage the details that I hadn’t even considered. She was willing to help and offer advice when needed as I took my time to make decisions on everything.

Kaitlin was simply amazing!!!! She met with us several times prior to the wedding, she was well organized and made the most of each meeting. Kaitlin showed her expertise and organizational skills before, during and after the wedding. Kaitlin and her fabulous team took care of every detail, and went up and beyond our expectations so we could just enjoy the celebration. Kaitlin did an incredible job organizing my sons baby shower. She supplied snacks themed from around the world, based on the travel theme of the shower. She hand designed most of the decorations and ran the games at the shower. She took all the stress off leading up to the shower and the day of. Kaitlin was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was professional and knowledgeable, which was extremely helpful since my fiance and I had no idea what we were doing!
