At Barefoot Movers we offer outdoor movement sessions. We are not your traditional personal trainer, or boot camp, we like to take the time to asses the actual situation of your body, not just the aesthetics, first we focus on its working condition and how we can improve that.

I have been wanting to try out one of these sessions for months and finally made it happen last Thursday. I am so thankful I did! As a type 1 diabetic I struggle to find activities that will work/challenge my body but not drop my blood sugar super low. Happy to report Ieft feeling alive and full of energy and can't wait to do it again! Thank you Rodrigo More...

Highly recommend, the classes with Rodrigo are amazing he is a wonderful trainer and also he give you the confidence you need, he is passionate about helping others to recover flexibility, strength in your mind and also in your body! !! No doubt this classes make me feel much better in every aspect and also you get in contact with nature, sometimes our life routines make us not realize how important is to get in touch with ourselves! We focus on recovering the joy on moving our bodies, creating outdoors sessions that are challenging but at the same time enjoyable and sustainable.
We believe that movement is essential for our well-being but not all movement is the same, all bodies are different, they all have different conditions and needs. Recovery of normal functionality, better mobility while becoming a more skillful mover are our first steps and simultaneously using those skills to achieve each individual goals.

The secret is to re-connect with our bodies, understand how they function, and how to care for them. Re-frame our relation with exercise and making it an enjoyable new habit.

I love the people and the relations we create in the process. The satisfaction of being a stepping stone in their path to a healthier, happier, fitter person.

Barefoot Movers is the result of my love for movement, nature and people. Moving and helping people are my two passions and I want to do them everyday.

I am someone who cares and loves helping people. I am passionate about movement, healthy living and enjoying our time here on this planet and all of that it's very contagious. They will improve the way they move, they would look better but most importantly they will change their relation with exercising and staying active and fit.
