We are based in Wooburn Green and we work with a one of a kind American style BBQ grill smoker which burns wood right on the spot. This provides a richly unique flavour and high quality of food.
We offer a wide selection including hot dogs, Texas style pulled pork, pulled beef brisket, BBQ ribs,steak sandwiches, grilled halloumi burger.

I hired Barbarian Grill for my husband's 40th and from start to finish it was a lovely experience. Sabina is so relaxed and helpful during organisation;
clear and concise outlining all the options. On the day they were on time, efficient and the food was AMAZING!! Incredible value for money. Every single guest commented to me on the food choice they had and there wasn't one single negative. We had the hotdogs, halloumi, beef brisket and pulled pork - wow wow wow wow!

12 h smoked slow and low pork shoulder in American trailer which is wood fired .
Pulled pork served with homemade coleslaw on brioche bun.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

What do you love most about your job?
I can show my creativity every time with my dishes to customers. also close contact with customers , they appreciate for private event service.
each party, celebration is different which is more interesting for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I you love cooking, organizing, helping with events and love talking to customers. Catering is great opportunity and freedom, flexibility to do that.
