I highly recommend Barbara's Floral...I called from the East Coast to order a same-day vase arrangement for delivery to a relative in the Everett area.  I asked for customizations in size and types of flowers the recipient would most appreciate receiving, gave my price range for the arrangement, and left the specifics to the florist.Barbara's website mentions they carry gifts, so I also asked for their suggestions for a small add-on gift, local in nature, as my relative has just moved to the area.  They were able to add a lovely Ferry ornament to the arrangement, which delighted my relative and made the flowers that much more special.I am grateful for the exceptional Customer service such as I received from Barbara's Floral:  their ability to listen to my wishes, execute them flawlessly and on short notice, with added personal touch...no mystery to me why they have been in business over 30 years...Brava, Barbara's!! Due to a miscommunication, I frantically called at 530pm trying to determine why my delivery hadn't arrived. Unable to reach her delivery driver, Karen offered to personally redeliver the arrangement after she closed up shop. As it turns out, the delivery was received and the crisis averted but it says a lot about the commmitment to customer service that Karen was willing to go he extra mile. I live in Colorado. I had no idea what kind of arrangement to get. I gave my expectation, ( springing, and bright) and it was beyond what i had imagined. Barbara's Floral gladly delivered flowers to my mom. She called them to see how to preserve the flowers while out of town. With out hesitation they offered to keep them in their cooler till she returned. I have never encountered this kind, of kindness or costumer service. Thank you! More...

The lady worker was so sweet and nice. She kindly asked if we needed help and we told her we needed a small succulent. We picked one out and she found us a cute little pot to put it in. Ordered a boutonnière for my daughters prom. The florist was very professional and polite. The cost was reasonable. I picked it up several days after ordering, day of the prom. Just went to Barbara's floral to get my wife some flowers I got them on sale from Easter they were a great deal a little bit more expensive than other places but the service is unlike any other. This place is amazing.  My husband surprised me with two dozen long stemmed red roses and they were absolutely exquisite.  It has now been ELEVEN days since I got them and they look fabulous .  They are only just starting to open.  They remained tight buds for so long.  I've NEVER had a bouquet of roses last like this.  This is my new GO TO florist. I got flowers here today and had a good experience. I started with a small bouquet and picked out some more from their walk-in chiller to flesh it out. I thought pricing was reasonable, they had a nice selection to choose from, and the lady who helped me was was easy to get along with.  They also have a selection of chocolates, stuffed animals, potted plants (and probably more I didn't notice) if you want more than flowers. The store was nicely organized, and everything was attractively displayed... which is always reassuring.I will certainly be going back in the future, and would recommend you do as well if this is a convenient location for you.
