I had the pleasure of watching and then drinking some of Harry Dosanj cocktail creations at a recent QB Gelato Supper Club “experience”. It was amazing the see the sheer talent and knowledge that Harry has as he paired cocktails to our courses. My favourite was the last one with dessert. Harry is a fantastically fun yet low key teacher. He is wonderful to listen and learn from but most of all makes the most delicious drinks.
