We order from bar one quite a lot for merch for our brand. The organic cotton products are so soft and excellent in quality and the colour selection is much better than competitors. We have been using Bar One Clothing for years. We used to use different companies for different things but once we used Bar One, we transferred all our manufacturing to them. They have a great team who are so helpful and friendly. On a couple of occasions we have needed stock earlier and they delivered but most importantly the quality is consistently brilliant. Worst experience in this day and age. I made an order for sweatshirts and T-shirts, they clearly state 2-3 days delivery but it's a week and still haven't received them. On tracking the items, they ignored the address I put at checkout and posted at a different address. Still waiting on the order and the sales team clearly don't value our time, never reply mails.
