I've used Banner Buzz a couple of times now. The first time I was a little dubious because the production facility is in India. I need not have worried. There were a couple of questions I had which were answered by calling their UK number (patched through to the factory in India). Within minutes the banners were manufactured and dispatched via Fedex. I was able to follow the package via Fedex's online tracking and the banners arrived like clockwork. Ordered Tuesday, delivered to me Friday morning. that was with standard delivery, not express. I couldn't have been happier with the quality, customer service and the price. My second purchase was equally faultless. Only negative is that the online design tool can be a little difficult to use, especially if you are not used to design software, however I have had great assistance when required. The order arrived on the dedicated date, they also provides free designs proofs. But my main concern was the quality due to the bad reviews that was stuck on my head. However, I ordered throught them and crossed my fingers and I was impressed. I didn't even had to called them, everything was done through email which to me is quite professional.
