Nice breakfast of avocado and poached eggs, polite service... then to the spa for a full body massage, good massage helped me to relax then i went for sauna ect, overall nice experience and nice staff, would go again x

Very friendly and professional staff who bent over backwards to make sure we knew everything we needed to know and were happy and comfortable. Extra special shout out to the kitchen staff, who were battling against a failed food delivery too - they were so apologetic even though it was no fault of their own and went out of their way to adjust their menu. The treatments were amazingly well carried out and we left feeling on top of the world. A real gem of a place! More...

Facilities are clean and well maintained, staff is kind and very responsive always ready to help. Instructors are enthusiastic and take your training personally. The manager is particularly amazing, there is nothing she left out at the time of meeting, called me by my name and don't know how she still remembers every time. Very warm and professional, treated me with a lot of respect and always very interested on the benefits I could get from actually attending to the gym. First time at a spa and it was wonderful, I had a massage which was very relaxing and the staff were very good! Used the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and the swimming pool facilities which were excellent, finished it off with afternoon tea and that was a good end to a very enjoyable day, Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
