This location is hidden amongst commercial corporations deep in bothell but the food is second to none. I got a pork banh mi sandwich and the steak/brisket pho bowl. The bread on the banh mi was the right amount of crunchy so that the contents of the sandwich were playful in your mouth but not so much that the sandwich crumbles in your hand. Dipping it in the broth of the pho was delectable, I mixed the broth with sriracha and hoisin sauce. Everything in the pho bowl was amazing, the broth was rich and full of flavor. It's a short distance to UW Bothell where I am a student so it's a great food option on a campus that has very limited options. Will keep this in mind for next time. More...

Good casual spot. I had the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and a viet coffee. Heads up the coffee is a powder mix and not from the filter, I know cause I have the same at home for days when I don't feel like making it myself. Overly sweet, and clearly catered to a non white population. The "grilled pork" was good but I wouldn't really call it grilled pork. It tasted like stir fried lemon grass pork, like something you would make at home. This place has really good pho and really good Bahn mis. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. I met the owner and he was really positive and provided really good customer service. The only constructive feedback I would provide is that the smell in the main area isn't very pleasant (although not terrible), so maybe some scented oils or something would help, secondly having the outdoor chairs locked down with chains twisted around them is tacky looking and annoying to sit in. Almost no complaints and whole lot of praise. The pho is pho-nominal! A pho-lover's dream. Extremely fresh and high quality ingredients. I loved this place because it is family owned and the meals are made with a real love of the food and culture. The owner is the one serving you and his family is in the back making the food. Very friendly and personable people. They were really excited to serve us! Had great conversations with them throughout the night. The place is nice but the location is whack. It's in the middle of a business park so you won't think you're in the right place. Inside is really nice looking. The tables were a little dirty though and the surface was really sticky (never a fan of that). Also, it was really quiet and weird inside. Had some music playing but it was just kind of an awkward environment. I'd suggest making it a more comfortable and fun atmosphere. Maybe play better and louder music?They told us about all the work and preparation they put into their pho. Get the P5, it has a combination of all the meats. Absolute perfection. Classic pho. The bang mi here is $5, which is still pretty reasonable compared to most places these days. I came here with no expectation really other than I was just really hungry. The owner is super sweet and checks up on you to make sure everything is okay, which I really appreciated :)I ordered the Vietnamese ham (dac biet) and pork banh mi. Personally I liked the pork better and it was really flavorful. The ham was good too but I think it could have used more pate. It was still good though! I'm not one to write many reviews, unless I deem a place as terrible beyond belief, or incredible. This place is the latter, as the food and service is fantastic! So far, we've tried the Banh Mi (chicken and dac biet), the bo kho, the pork chop rice dish, and have been very impressed. The sandwiches/banh mi are fresh with quality ingredients. Now this is personal preference, but the chicken is shredded here (not many places do this), which my family loves as it gives an airy and light texture. They bake their bread daily and so you'll experience a fresh baguette every time. I'm personally very picky with my Vietnamese sandwiches and this place has impressed. I love the fact that you're able to customize your own sandwiches online and just pick it up, very convenient. This place is hidden in the office complex of the Canyon Park area. I ordered a beef bahn mi & pho without any meat. They don't skim on the size. Bahn mi had a lot of beef which was worth the 5 bucks. The regular size pho was pretty big too. They use plastic cups for the ice coffee which I didn't care for. I have been hearing about Banh Mi Pho U for months, but was never able to make a point of going until this morning. I had gone to work early today and was asked to go home since I was still getting over a cold. I thought, I feel like a good soup... and fortunately Banh Mi Pho U was open!!!! I stopped in and ordered a regular chicken pho to go. When I got home, I grabbed one of my huge bowls and dropped in the chicken, veg, and noodles and gently poured the broth over it.. I had the basil, sprouts, and lime.... a little sriracha, let it sit a bit.... and indulged.....The chicken was soo tender, and flavorful. The broth was so clean and had some serious depth to it, the noodles were so silky in a way. This was by far, the best pho I had ever had. Now I know what all the kids were talking about!!! When I first had pho, I was told it's all about the broth.. but I was never impressed before. It was just sort of there before. But THIS broth, was like the best part of the meal, don't get me wrong, the chicken and noodles are definitely on par! I've been several times and the service is great. They have the best banh mi in the area. They bake their own bread so it's always fresh! In fact, there was one time my cousin and I were so excited, we waited around for about 45 minutes for the fresh bread and they were kind enough to give us some egg rolls for our patience. This place is in the midst of offices. Driving by through it's tough to find it. But it's the only option in walkable distance for the office employees around there. Very good customer service. Every bill has a code for a discount if you eat there 10 times. You would prevail a 5$ discount. Lol. I love their shrimp fresh rolls, the peanut sauce is super yummy. The noodle bowls are big. Customer service is absolutely excellent here. We dropped in close to closing and the owner was unbelievably nice and accommodating to us. Although the prices are a bit on the steeper side, the quantity and quality are worth it. The pho broth was flavorful and hot (but not scalding!) And the meat was tender. This is a Vietnamese pho and sandwich shop nestled and somewhat hidden in a Bothell Office park. You'll probably miss it the first time you come around since it's not really an area with retail stores. The inside is modern, bright and clean. It's a lunch counter style restaurant so no waiters and self serve water etc. which makes sense since most of the customers imagine are coming from work.I ordered the large P3 and spring rolls. The spring rolls were great with nice large pieces of shrimp. They haven't succumbed to the fried onion and hair of lettuce trend yet so expect a traditional looking roll. The large Tai Chin was fine with an ok amount of meat and noodles. Average tasting broth. My only complaint is all the noodles were stuck together inside the soup, which is indicative of somewhat hasty preparation. It's a good business/work lunch option. I've been looking for a good Banh Mi place near my work and I this this will be my new favorite spot! They're service was friendly and fast. I got the beef Banh mi and spring rolls. Both were delicious! The spring rolls were fresh (it didn't seem like it was premade or anything) and the Banh mi was nice and toasty! I'm excited to try other items on the menu. I had a great meal here yesterday! My husband and I shared the egg rolls to start and both had the Bahn Mi Dip as we had been wanting to try it for quite some time. It was delicious! Location is perfect for all the people that works in the area. You can tell their target customers are for the corp employees. First thing I noticed when I walked in was a horrible awkward pee smell, which is where the 1 star was knocked off. It smelled like a bad urine bathroom odor. But their bathroom was completely fine. The smell came from the dining room. I almost left, after a while the smell fainted a bit so we ordered the food. Prices are ok. Not too expensive. We tried the pho large #5 $10, it wasnt that big and there wasn't much meat but the flavors of the soup were great. When it comes to pho. It's all about the broth. The beef rice vermicelli noodle salad was also quite delish, the meat was tender and well marinated. Spring rolls were just ok, nothing too special. I tried the ham banh mi sandwich $5, there wasnt enough meat in the sandwich but the bread was crispy and good, not hard.
