Great gym, great training facility to get in shape and awesome motivation; its always nice to be associated with lions and champions. Serious boxing goes on in this gym folks, under the watchful eyes of an extremely experienced coach who genuinely cares for his fighters.They are serious about no-nonsense training but keeps a positive learning vibe at all times. Coach is all about helping people push beyond their limits and achieving their fitness goals no matter what level they are on, highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to compete or just looking to become a healthier individual.
