Had the biscuit gravy with the works it didn't disappoint! Also the candied bacon and the grits! Nothing I had there was bad. Definitely coming back!

What an incredible place! I am from South Carolina so I know good biscuits and these biscuits were amazing! I had the scratch biscuit with butter and jam and my friend had the sausage biscuit. Both were excellent. The pimento cheese and pepper jam on the sausage biscuit were delicious. And the scratch biscuit was fantastic with the honey butter and jam! More...

Bang Bang is one of my go to spots for a pick me up! Between the pie, coffee and cozy atmosphere, you can't go wrong! The pie selection is regularly switched out so you never get bored with the selection. My absolute favorite is the banana cream pie and the chicken pot pie. More...

Had a tasty brunch here. Pie crust and biscuits good. Love the way they prepare and present the eggs. The gravy on one of our dishes was a bit cold, thick and gluey, but everything else good.

I got the vegan chili pot pie and it was good - nothing extraordinary in my opinion. It wasn't a huge pie but it was enough for me. There's very little seating inside. If you go in the winter you may not find a spot unless you want to sit outside. The food didn't take too long to come out and service was great. More...

My wife and I had breakfast here for the first time today and it won't be our last. We ended up ordering the same thing which is always a bummer to not get to sample a second dish, but had we not, I fear one of us would have had to concede over their breakfast sandwich. Truly One of the best I've ever had. The staff was very kind and the service was stellar, from the host to the coffee porter. The environment is also very inviting and clean (inside and out). Highly recommend. More...

Second time returning to Bang Bang Pie and the hype still lives up to it. Much less seating in the winter unless you want to sit outside in the cold, but the food is still spot on. The Chicken and the Chili Pot Pie are must haves as usual - I think the hot sauce goes so well with them. They might look like a smalls, but both are definitely very hearty and satisfying. We also took the Key lime pie and Chocolate Caramel pie to go because there was no way we could pass those up :)5 stars for service too! Friendly and helpful as usual. More...

Great spot to grab a quick breakfast or brunch! It is a cozy space with only 4 tables but they do have counter/stool seating as well. Food and drinks came out quickly so even though they only have 4 tables you will still find a spot. Was hard to choose between biscuits, grits and a pot pie but ended up with their bacon biscuit. The biscuits were amazing! Light and buttery, which adding bacon, sautéed greens, an egg and house hot sauce made for the perfect breakfast. Had to save room for pie which we had the Key Lime and Maple Bourbon and the crust on both of these made both of these pies. The flavors in both pies really popped showing off their fresh ingredients.Street parking is abundant and they are conveniently located near the California Blue line and several buses. Would definitely come back for more, but will probably wait until summer when their outdoor seating opens up! More...

As a southerner on the hunt for good biscuits, this is by FAR the best place in the city. I've had a lot of their pies and some haven't quite hit the mark for me, but overall it's hard to beat their offerings. I recommend going on beautiful days because the outdoor seating is clutch. More...

Their pie is so delicious! I walked in and I didn't know what to get but the cashier there was so friendly and she explained each item and gave me some recommendations. I got a hand pie (creamy kale) and a chocolate strawberry pie. Both were so good. The place is very quaint, loved the atmosphere. Prices were really good too. Check it out if you're in the area! The space is well decorated and the food is well prepared. The food always tastes fresh and is well prepared. As with many good restaurants this place is busy when the 9 to 5ers aren't at work, so be sure to get there early if you're visiting during peak hours.

Bang Bang is one of my favorite places to duck into early on a Saturday morning to fuel up on some delicious biscuits and coffee before heading out for the rest of the day. It’s a charming little shop with a warm, welcoming staff. Seating can be limited during busy hours but get there early and you’ll never have an issue. There’s a variety of biscuit dishes to try- I like the Bacon and the Farmer’s the best! Typically I grab a slice or two of pie to go for dessert after dinner and it’s always wonderful! Showing up with a whole Bang Bang pie at a friend’s house or potluck event will earn you major points too. More...

This place was fantastic! A cozy cafe with a great vibe. Presentation of the food was pristine and the taste was even better. Avocado biscuit is a definite favorite of mine. The employees were so kind that when we told them we were splitting our dish between two people they went ahead and brought us two separate plates with the food already decided.
No better place for biscuits & pies.
