I have shopped at this gift shop for 15+ years and have always recommended them to friends looking for Catholic gifts; however, after my experience today, and the way they spoke to me in such a rude tone/manner, I will never shop there nor recommend them to others again. Manager reprimands employees abusively, loudly, and in front of customers. Terrible experience at this restaurant. Other customers in the gift shop also walked out with me after she threatened an employee today.

Went into Bando's for lunch a few weeks ago - a lady beside us spilled her tea on the ground, before it could be cleaned up, a large, loud women boisterously comes into the cafe and literally yells for everyone to hear "WHAT IS THIS DOING ON THE FLOOR? !" I cannot say enough great things about Bandos and  Debbie who runs this fantastic operation.  The food is undeniably the freshest and superbly delicious.  It's extremely difficult to please a crowd of 15 people day in and out but all the food was even devoured by the hotel staff at the hotel we stayed   I sincerely would give her ten stars if I could!!Bando's prices can't be beat for what you get.  Fresh, wholesome, organic and in season local vegetables!!  Then I could go on and on forever about the desserts!!!  Pumpkin cheesecake!!  Creme brûlée to die for.  The whole staff was extremely attentive and bent over backwards to accommodate us.  Did I mention she caters the courts there too?If you don't get lucky enough to have Bando's cater your event go and eat at her restaurant!!  It's very cozy.  Perfect for bridal showers or a nice dinner for two! I have always enjoyed eating at Bandos. My dad, his cousin, and their friends have been regulars here for years, so we are treated like family when we go. I had a perfectly cooked and seasoned tilapia, a lovely mix of veggies (also perfectly cooked; not too hard, not too mushy), and rice pilaf today. The entire Patrizi family would like to say thank you for a fabulous dinner celebration honoring our sweet Dad and Beaumont's version of "Dean Martin"! They are only open for lunch and I can see why. They would be packed if they were open for dinner! The service is excellent! Our glasses were never empty. I told them I don't want tomatoes and even though the sauce was already made, they picked out all the tomatoes! Talk about service! Our waitress even remembered I didn't like tomatoes when she brought my salad. The Chicken Ala Wesley is delicious! The chicken was tender and the sauce had so much flavor. Quaint. Lovely little place with tasty food. Don't eat lunch here if you're in a hurry, though. The food is prepared when you order it so it takes some time.
