What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We simply need nothing more than a concept or idea of what they want us to design and print. We handle everything else. We walk the client through each phase of the process from concept development to pre-press to final production and fulfillment.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
Apparel, signage, banners, advertising specialty/promotional items such as mugs, key chains, fidget spinners and of course graphic design.
What do you love most about your job?
The creative process and seeing the reactions our clients have when they open their projects and see them for the first time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an art geek since elementary school. I also am a very technical person as well, so the hands on process is something I really enjoy.
Why should our clients choose you?
OCD... I am about as obsessive when it comes to my work as anyone could possibly be. I demand perfection from myself and my staff. Nothing leaves this shop unless I am 95% happy with it.
