Wow .. I just need to share this find with you all as I am buzzing from my amazing experience.I regularly hear from friends, family and fitness clients about how low they feel with aches and pains and repeated illness . .. and I know only to well about balancing everything to feel happy and healthy.Well I believe I have just found the answer for you all! A massage with Bamboo Thai Massage.I experienced a Thai massage with Gary and I was treated with such kindness and positivity that I felt totally at ease. All I had to do was lie down and relax and listen to the amazing music, whilst I was massaged and stretched to the point of perfection ... no concentration involved like in my yoga classes and no undressing or oily skin like salon massages.But then I was overcome with an amazing sense of well being after my treatment which I have only ever experienced after a 2 week holiday and I still feel amazing days later.Please take a look at Gary's page as I would love you all to feel this good and it's all on our doorstep in Boroughbridge. Gary is fantastic! I am a yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner myself so quite possibly a little more critical of fellow therapists! I am also recovering from major surgeries and spinal problems which give me a general feeling of being achey and aged. Gary has a wonderful technique following his extensive training in Thailand - very intuitive and personable. He takes time to ensure you feel safe and supported and I probably stretched more in my first session than I have been able to do myself in several years! I slept surprisingly well afterwards and feel so light and invigorated. His studio is beautiful and I loved the little touches like chilled water on a tray after the treatment. It all adds to a wholly relaxing experience. If you haven’t tried a Thai Massage you must! I can’t wait for my next one More...

had my first massage with Gary tonight. never had a Thai massage before and he was recommended by two friends...so didn't know what to expect apart from "it's amazing" and "you feel like you have had 2 weeks on holiday afterwards" Well he didn't disappoint. ..I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked in and Gary explained what he would do to me. very professional throughout. 90 mins of stretching, massage, relaxation and serenity... afterwards I felt light, relaxed and very refreshed. definitely recommend and definitely will be going again More...

I have been to main Thai Massages in Thailand and I can honestly say that the massage I received from Garry this week was on par with the best I have had in Thailand. He made me feel very comfortable and as I visited after a tough weekend cycling he stretched my brilliantly. I left feeling great and had the best nights sleep I have had for ages. The massage does involve a lot of stretching, if you would prefer a more gentle massage, I am sure all you need to do is mention it to Gary. He is interested only in you enjoying the visit. He is based only a minute from the A1 so easy to get to.I will be back within 2 weeks. More...

Having visited Thailand a couple of times I was excited to hear that Gary offered traditional Thai massages. The experience was a wonderful muscle stretch, which helped me to feel both relaxed and switched off and helped to ease my aching muscles.
Gary was professional and explained each stretch to ensure I felt comfortable throughout.
Highly recommended and a perfect Thai experience.

Wow... what a fantastic experience! I recently went to Gary’s studio and had a Thai massage and I will definatly be having another. I didn’t really know what to expect but Gary put me at total ease and I felt extremely comfortable being put into positions that had great effects on my legs, back and shoulders! By the end of the massage my body felt really good, well stretched and relaxed. I would defiantly recommend having one..! The whole experience was great and a total change from the usual massage in a salon. The studio was tastefully decorated in a Thai themed style and the music was perfect for the massage. You can really see the passion and enthusiasm Gary has for Thai massage which is fab! I loved the little touches like a quaint little dish for my jewellery and a little Thai cup to drink ice cold water out of at the end. All in all...11/10!! More...

Well I have now had my third Thai massage and I can’t tell you how good I feel I am hooked I feel so much more mobile and taller and I actually always have a good nights sleep after the massage. That’s a big plus for me. I had my first Thai Massage with Gary and would highly recommend this treatment. I received a lovely warm welcome and he explained to me what to expect so I felt at ease.
The special mattress was very comfortable and I had worn light yoga type clothing which was just the job for me to move freely.
The treatment was very thorough and I felt totally comfortable with the movements. Afterwards I felt relaxed and left feeling really uplifted. Thank you Gary.
