My partners and I came up with a startup company. We had our idea, concept, and direction we wanted to go with our company, but none of us had any business experience. We went to Baltimore Graphics and spoke with Ben. He explained the different packages, and immediately the one thing we knew was that they would be a great asset to our business. Rather than just shuffling us in and out, he took time to understand what we wanted from our business, and also answered questions we had about starting a business generally. We didn't really see that coming.We signed up with them, and started working with Tony. From the very first time we sat down and explained our business, I noticed how excited he was to help and spread our mission. He could see the value in us, which made it even easier to see the value in them. People like this are few and far between. They have a passion for what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. They came up with great branding for us. We now have a great logo, a direction for marketing, and a better idea of the road ahead. Also, it's a one stop shop because they can do cards, marketing materials, clothing, and all the other odd stuff we've asked for that pertains to our business specifically. We worked with Ben at Baltimore Graphics to help create a custom vinyl sticker with our Boat Name. We were unsure of what we wanted it to look like and Ben was very creative in coming up with the design. He gave recommendations and was patient with us when we were unsure on colors or sizing. We officially opened shop in Anne Arundel last April (2017). We wanted our van wrapped to display our Plumbing services. We came across Baltimore Graphics Co and stopped by. We were greeted by an employee and saw our hand design idea of a wrap. It was obvious our idea of a wrap was super amateur and non-effective. We were invited to meet with Ben (the owner) who patiently explained why we should brand before slapping a wrap on our service van. It turned out to be the best thing we did for the introduction and growth of our company! Our logo, colors, van wrap design has presence and contributed to a very profitable 1st year! I can not say enough good things about Baltimore Graphics. The entire team are some of the most talented people I have had the pleasure of working along side. "Completely blown away." are the words that come to mind after struggling how to capture my experience with Baltimore Graphics Company. My business had a great business... the only problem was that our brand was so weak our customers often confused us with other competitors in the area. When I say "brand"... that is an overstatement; we had none as a mobile food business surrounded by competition. Seeing the great reviews here I reached out to BGC and got connected with Ben, the co-owner. He welcomed us in and paired us with his design guru, Anthony. These guys are gifted in their own individual right but when paired together, they became a dynamic duo bent on creating our business anew and went to work on making it happen. They did a phenomenal job. We elected to receive the "Brand Package" to include a brand new logo design, accompanying graphic designed t-shirts for our staff and website development. They completely nailed our desires and aspirations from our initial meeting and captured it in graphic form. The did a complete wrap on our food cart and I can confidently say that we are unlike any other comparable business in the city, our customers definitely agree. This is a very long overdue review for Baltimore Graphics. We believe that at charming Nomad we made the right decision to call on Ben and his design partner Anthony to develop a brand for us. We were struggling to nail what the brand should look like. Those guys did an excellent job guiding us to where we were able to select what would work for us. They were very accommodating, patient, and down right professional working with us despite all the changes we were making. Everywhere we go with our food truck people are complementing the way it looks. Better yet, when we are at a festival, people migrate to take pictures of our truck and not the others. Moreover, on several occasions we see little children running to our truck like they were being pulled by a very big magnet. All in all we are extremely happy with the work these guys have done for us. If i have to do it all over again, I will choose them without hesitation to work on my next truck.
