I am so impressed with the high quality and attentive customer service! I placed an order earlier this week for five balloons with Balloons Are Taking Off, for an outdoor event. The balloons came with a weight carefully hidden by a beautiful ribbon bow that matched the balloon colour scheme. The balloons looked great and stayed on our table, even when we experienced a few gusts of typical Edinburgh wind! Two days after delivery, the balloons still look perfect! Thank you so much!
