Hired BalloonLab for my wedding on 12/31/2016 and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. They were very good with communication and all the questions I had before the event. The balloons were set up when they said they would be and they worked with the venue (hotel) to get that done. All I had to do was send some emails and pay and they took care of the rest. The clock struck midnight, the balloons fell, and everyone had a great time. Alex from BalloonLab was very professional and delivered on what he said. I hired BalloonLab to deliver our balloons for my daughters first birthday celebration and we wanted balloons for the place card and cake table decorations. The balloons looked fantastic. Best part for me, because we were so busy and so many vendors to deal with, they brought the balloons right to the event and set them up for us. We used BalloonLab for our New Year's Eve wedding and they did a really great job!Everything was set in plenty of time and made for amazing photos come midnight being surrounded by all of our family and friends for the balloon drop!Definitely recommend these guys!

I worked with Balloon Lab to get a balloon drop and 4 36" balloons for my New Year's Eve wedding.  They were really easy to work with and I thought they were very reasonably priced -- I liked the online system for requesting a proposal.  Everything turned out perfectly and the balloon drop functioned exactly as planned.  I gave them four stars though, because there was a minor mix-up with the 4 36" balloons.  This is not a standard product for them, so that may have been the issue.  However, they set up the balloon drop the day before my wedding, and brought the 4 36" balloons.  In the course of conversation with the set-up guys, though, they mentioned that the large balloons would only last for about three hours.  So, she worked with them and got them to agree to come back the next day and re-deliver the balloons, and they ended up lasting all night, which was my expectation based on conversations with my BalloonLab rep.  So, in the end, everything was completely perfect with no issues, but there was a little extra stress around the 4 balloons which gets them the four stars instead of five. I had a pretty rough experience with the last balloon delivery service and the clown... Don't get me started on the clown. ...So, I needed a balloon drop for a party and the rope that I had pull did not release the balloons and got stuck, as matter of fact the entire balloon net fell and it was a disaster. I explained this to the guys at BalloonLab and was assured by their team that they use the latest equipment for their balloon drops. I rolled the dice with these guys because they came out to meet me at my venue and they were able evaluate the ceiling for where the balloons would need to hang and also to show me examples of much larger balloon drops that they lifted and installed. The results were great, I had the balloons drop perfectly and there was no resistance from the string I had to pull. It was time to plan my niece's birthday party and I have always wanted balloon centerpieces with animals as the theme for the decor. After I spoke with Julia at BalloonLab, I got the immediate sense that this would be a great experience. She helped me pick out the right colors and options for the best way to fit into my budget. I even ended up getting some balloon columns to decorate the entrance to the party room Being on a time crunch, it helped a lot having a personal assistant like Julia in this process, I am very pleased with the balloon delivery service. This year for my wife’s surprise birthday party I decided to make it really special!!! I wanted a balloon drop over the entrance when she arrived to the party. The banquet we had reserved for the party already knew of BalloonLab so I was really excited to work with a company who has a good reputation and highly regarded in the community. I was amazed at how high the balloons were hanging, they made it look easy to hang them up and make sure everything is all set so all I have to do is pull the string. I had to decorate a birthday party for a grown up adult, my husband, in a private party setting. I ordered 4 centers of balloons for the tables to Dimitry,  owner of Balloon Lab. I had to change the sitting setting for the party and communicated to Dimitry 4 days before and he was able to change the balloon decorations, he was quite versatile, he made  a balloon arch and two centers for a U shape large table  and he was able to change it for about the same pricing as before. The balloon decorations looked awesome blue and golden colours with different shapes and double balloons (one inside another); the guests were really impressed with them. I used Balloon Lab to setup a big balloon drop for a surprise birthday party and it came out absolutely amazing. They delivered on everything they promised and then some. Their website is very user friendly and allowed me create in real-time the columns and arches that I had envisioned. Balloon Lab went above and beyond to make my event a huge success. Alex from Balloon Lab was wonderful to work with and helped me plan a great office party. My husband and I recently used Balloon Lab for our sons first birthday party. Alex from Balloon Lab was very creative, fun to work with and yet very professional. We had no idea what we wanted but with his help we were able to come up with a great idea for the party. He helped us create colorful centerpiece and balloon columns that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The Balloon Lab staff worked their magic in making our sons first birthday a memorable one. Their creativity and design work were beyond our expectations. We used Balloon Lab to setup an extensive balloon decoration for my grandmother's birthday anniversary and were delighted. Their website is top notch and allowed us to create, in real-time balloon columns and arches for the party. Staff was very professional when installing and made everything work and look great even though the space and time-frame was limited.
