Where do I start we were recommended to use Billy (Brilliant Manager) at Balgores to sell our property and I did not need to look elsewhere what an amazing team. We had viewings and every member of staff that came to do them was professional, friendly and efficient, I never had to chase once they were fantastic I would like to name all that were also involved Paul, Deepuk, Charlie, Tom, Heather, Emily and Chris (particularly as he handled our file while Billy was on annual leave and was brilliant) . You pay for what you get - Balgores is second to none in terms of selling and buying. Billy was top of his class when selling my property, keeping me regularly updated throughout and was on hand for any questions/issues that arose during the (stressful) process. I originally viewed the property to rent in March with a view to move in ASAP, but due to the existing tenants being 'creative, I finally received the keys this week! Balgores estate agent (Lettings team) are the best estate agent I’ve ever worked with! They are very helpfully, polite and always went then extra mile to make sure I was happy and they made sure I understood every step of the process I was experiencing. Lucy, Jo and Francesca clearly know what they’re doing and wouldn’t recommend any other estate agent to use (as you know they are many in Gravesend lol)

The lettings team also do they’re job properly.
