The BBQ at Baldy's is some of the tastiest barbacue that my husband and I have had the pleasure of eating. You have to try the brisket a superior BBQ.Really good service as well!!!

Excellent food, great customer service, generous portions and fair prices considering the quality of the food. The pulled pork was incredibly tender and flavorful. It was my first experience at Baldy's. I am not very familiar with the menu, but I did enjoy the Que Jun sandwich. The sauce was good as were the onion rings for appetizer. Be careful the sauce may squirt sideways.My son ordered the rib eye sandwich. He wished the meat was more marbled so the flavor would have been more consistent. He ended up trimming large pieces of fat from the edges. He did enjoy the steak overall and said it was the best he had tasted.I look forward to eating here again. More...

Svc outside was slow, had to go in and request a waitress but allowed us to have our dog out on the patio. Food was great, large portions so leftovers for lunch.

Brisket and ribs where were excellent. The side of mashers and corn bread were excellent. Pricing was perfect for the quality level which was very good. My wife’s Mac and chicken was some of the best she’s had. This is better as good or better than anything we had in Portland. The only two I could compare is Screen door(southern food) or Podnahs pit and I prefer Baldy’s slightly for bbq. Also the inside is much larger and nicer than you would expect front he outside. My family are repeat customers of Baldy's: what I really like about Baldy's pork ribs is they are served relatively dry (i. e. no dripping when you hold them), with bottles of sauce at the table if you need more.
