Our family wedding was a non stress event. The staff and coordinators were lovely and accommodating. The pricing for our family with 176 in attendance was reasonable and less expensive by far than anywhere we looked. We did not feel nickeled and dimed at all. Less expensive and in our budget but the accommodations did not feel cheap by any stretch. The food was delicious. Bride was vegan and they prepared a special meal for her. The guests were raving about how lovely everything was. Our bride never needed to be a bridezilla. (Thank heavens not in her nature anyway) She was relaxed and calm and all went so smooth. Thank you so much everyone there that made this so wonderful. As mother of the bride this was a memory for the books that we will have for the rest of our lives that lives on in the story of their lives together. More...

Whilst I am a super organised and generally laid back when things feel organised, as a bride, I couldn't be in charge and organising everything and everyone day of. pros1. I'll start at the beginning. Linda originally was our day-of lead for the big day. She made picking linens and food and everything a breeze. Unfortunately and fortunately, she gave birth the day before (I think?) our wedding! So, a few weeks prior Tabitha took over the role. She was super communicative and helped set up (with hay fever and everything [and we didn't even know until after that she was suffering]). Additionally, all the wait and bar staff were so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire night. I didn't hear a single bad things fro any of my guests that had to do with their treatment or experience. 2.-3. Something we did hear from nearly everyone we spoke to was how dang amazing the food was. And it wasn't the typical polite compliment - they were asking if they had recipe books and such. So, must have been good. As for me, the bride, I'm vegan. But as one of the only vegans at the entire wedding, we didn't want an entirely vegan wedding, so the cooks just made me a plate of some of the most amazing mushroom, kale, something puree stuff that I had ever had. It was amazing. Additionally, we had quite a few gluten free folks in the family, and the chefs and staff were super helpful in helping us pick a general meal that was gluten friendly.4. After the wedding, we were obviously exhausted, and since there were no weddings the next day, the crew at Baldoria allowed us to pick it all up the next day. They were super flexible.5. Finally, we super appreciated that we could do flexible and incremental payments for the final tally. 100 bucks here and 100 bucks there helped us budget and stay in the positive throughout the whole process. cons1.-2. We personally don't have any complaints. We had a great experience, but we heard reports that some of the other vendors we hired may not have had the same experience when dealing with Baldoria. I went to their place for my prom of class of 2019. Very beautiful for wedding ceremonies, and for Highschool proms. Had a fun time my senior here we had a breakdance battle to different dance songs. And also almost had a mosh pit lol. Great waterfall here and also the DJ they was disc jockeying. Played better music towards then end! I encourage people to come to that place and also I hope to have a DJ gig here some day! For someone's wedding or birthday party! More...

I just attended a wedding 2 weeks ago on June 14th and had the most amazing time! My niece is planning a wedding and I plan to call and speak with them as we get closer to looking at venues. I’ve never heard so many wonderful things about a venue, the staff and Noah and Lani would not stop talking about their planner, tabbatha. I overheard the planner offering a custom plate to one of the kids who had an allergy, and later in the night she set out a separate nut free dessert. We want to start by first saying thank you. Jesi and the entire Baldoria team was so beyond incredible. We feel truly blessed to have found this venue. They ensured everything ran smooth from the very beginning and constantly checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying the whole process. From the start of booking, we stayed in touch and communicated. Every time we called, a return call always came within minutes. On the big day, the entire staff made sure we were having special moments together. They prepared special drinks for us, brought us our food to make sure we got to eat, and continued bringing us drinks, smiles and congratulations the entire night. They also made sure everything was set up to perfection and we didn't worry about a single thing. With Baldoria on our team, we felt pure bliss on our wedding night. They even boxed up all our food and cake for us and left cute notes on top of the boxes for us to take back to our hotel and enjoy. (Seriously, best food ever! Is it ok if we come back just to eat more food? The menu was amazing and our food was to DIE for. Everybody raved about our food and drinks!) I honestly feel as though the whole staff has become a part of the family. They kept every single guest happy and I could not ask for a more beautiful venue to celebrate our marriage. Having our wedding at the Baldoria was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding day. We had a multi-day, multi-cultural (Indian and American) destination wedding in Colorado from Texas. During our multiple visits to Colorado, the Baldoria accommodated our schedule and went through marathon planning sessions with us to help coordinate our wedding day, conducted multiple food tastings, and allowed us to meet with vendors who needed access to the venue to help us plan. The food tastings were incredible and they have great chefs who were able to put together multiple meals for us including Asian food, Italian food, and Indian food. Marian was our coordinator and she (along with the manager Linda) did a FANTASTIC job. Marian completely took the stress off of me and was hands on the entire time, handling everything we needed her to in order to ensure that the day went smoothly. The Baldoria went so above and beyond for the planning sessions that we decided to use them as a catering service for our pre-wedding event and they help us set up food and rental for the table settings for this event. Our wedding had so many moving parts with two full wedding ceremonies, cocktail hour, and reception in one long 16 hour day, requiring flipping of multiple indoor and outdoor spaces in a short time span. The Baldoria staff and my decorator handled the whole event and it went flawlessly. We really appreciated the energy and care that went into our event. I would give this venue TEN STARS if I could! Oh. My. Gosh. I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this venue!!! Baldoria on the Water came onto my radar as my dream venue far before I was engaged. When I was finally proposed to the FIRST place I inquired on pricing was Baldoria. At that time they were a little over budget and I was crushed. About a month later they ran a special on their pricing and I immediately booked a tour then booked the venue that day. Throughout the months leading up to my big day Marian, one of Baldoria’s coordinators, made sure I did not miss a single detail. My big day finally arrived and it was absolutely PERFECT!!!! I wasn’t stressed at all because Marian made sure I had everything the way I wanted it. My guests raved (and still talk) about the incredibly delicious food, and the wonderful staff that worked that evening. The staff made sure my new hubby and I didn’t have to worry about a thing other than having a blast, and that’s exactly what we did! This venue deserves 10 stars in my book! Baldoria was the perfect decision for our wedding! Everything was PERFECT the day of and I couldn't have imagined getting married elsewhere. When we first booked with Baldoria, we were fairly hesitant on the service. We had scheduled a couple of meetings (our tasting/design meeting and final walk through) and BOTH had to get rescheduled. Also, there were a few things that we had talked about at meetings and I would receive a follow up email with details that were not accurate. Emily was our venue coordinator and she was very kind and very accommodating. The few items that she emailed us that were wrong were quickly corrected if you just let her know (after-all communication is key). When we met Emily for our final walk through Emily really went above and beyond by asking us what beers we wanted to be served, which wine and we were even able to choose which champagne we wanted for our Champagne toast! The day of the wedding came and not a single thing went wrong. It was absolutely perfect, the venue was gorgeous and I can't tell you how many of our guests commented about how beautiful the venue is (it's a diamond in the rough for sure). The staff was all so incredibly kind and even our guests said the same thing. After touring Baldoria on the Water, my husband and I cancelled all our other appointments. It was exactly what we dreamed for our wedding, and we were never disappointed in hiring them. The venue has a romantic, Italian atmosphere with stone arches, green vine ceilings, and custom color lights. It also has three ceremony locations for the bride and groom to choose from (two indoor, one outdoor), a beautiful bridal suite and fun (albeit run-down) "man cave," and a nice sound system. We really wanted a destination feel without traveling several hours into the mountains or to another state/country. We found Baldoria, which is a hidden gem that truly transports you away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still provides you the amenities that are most important when you have a large wedding to plan (200 people). Parking is ample, hotels are across the street, food and the light rail are conveniently located, and the venue is spacious and there are several areas for people to mingle and enjoy. The bridal party was able to get ready on site and enjoy the time together at the venue, which also allowed me (the bride) to make any last minute adjustments or decisions we needed the day-of. I can't say enough about the staff. They were so courteous, genuine and helpful. They came to check on us regularly, shared in a few toasts throughout the day, and helped to make it one of the best days of our lives. Food was one of those items that we knew people always commented on so having a great selection at an affordable price was necessary but always tough to find. The food at Baldoria was amazing! We opted for family style with lasagna, brie penne pasta, roasted zucchini spears and salad. Everyone had enough food and we received so many compliments on the flavors. Baldoria on the Water was one of those venues that you come across and are just blown away by. We couldn’t have had a better experience. The venue itself was spectacular. You had the European feel, the ability to have lots of guests, the Colorado air, and just an amazing crew to work with- and to top it off- amazing food. Over two weeks have passed since my daughter's wedding was celebrated at Baldoria on the Water. I'm still glowing from the memories and from the reactions of our guests. Although understated by some standards, the entire wedding and reception could not have been more lovely. The ceremony was moving and emotional; the guests were eager and happy; the weather held up well for an outdoor ceremony; the florist, baker, DJ, and photographers all performed well; the dinner was delicious and timely. The glue that held it all together was the team at Baldoria on the Water. Jayleen Wood, who headed the team, was thorough in her up front planning. From well coordinated tastings of the menu to tying down the schedule and the details of a smooth event, she remained professional, friendly, thorough, helpful, interested, and completely competent. The venue itself is deceiving from the front. Your not sure what to think, but when you walk in you have walked into a Tuscan winery. And the garden off to the side is so lush and green. Walking through the foliage to the ceremony site is beautiful. My husband and I are avid wine drinkers and having a venue that reflects a passion of ours was important. But it's not just a venue, it's a catering venue and the food was outstanding. The appetizers and entree we chose were delectable. And Jayleen our coordinator was spectacular. As well as the staff on the day of the wedding. Jayleen was there every step and kept everything flowing smoothly. I was so relaxed and calm on the day of my wedding because I had nothing to worry about. Some of my guest stated it was the best wedding they have ever been to and attribute that to Jayleen and her staff. The attentiveness during our special day made it the best. We loved Baldoria! As a professional event planner, my expectations were high for the quality of the venue we chose for our wedding. We wanted our reception to feel like a party at our home, with indoor and outdoor space for our guests. Baldoria gave us exactly that and we liked that some things that would be upgrades at other venues were included here - chevari chairs, upgraded linen and special lighting were great selling points. We immediately felt that the planning team and owners at Baldoria understood our vision and they delivered it beyond expectations. It's a bonus that you get the venue for the whole day so there's no worry about rushing your set up or sharing the space with another party. Also, the food by A Perfect Bite was excellent. Baldoria on the water was the perfect place to have our wedding! Linda helped us with the planning and she made everything so easy on us. We didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding as the staff set everything up just the way we wanted it. Linda didn't have the color that we chose for our wedding so she went out and bought it just to make sure it was the exact color. She went out of her way to make sure we were getting everything that we wanted!
We have had so many of our guests complement the food saying that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. We were running a little behind schedule so the staff was so nice and brought my husband and I our plate of food so we could get back on schedule. The food was AMAZING and the cocktails were great too!

Just like the others have said in reviews. This place was spectacular. I found them by chance on facebook actually. I too couldn't wait to share the great experience on here. Linda and the Baldoria staff were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions or needs. I simply told Beatrice on the morning of the wedding how to do the center pieces and they went above and beyond. They set up the in memory table, smores bar and party favor table all on their own. All I did was bring the supplies. I loved that they have a fire pit in the back. People really enjoyed sitting by the fire making smores. The tasting couldn't have been a more enjoyable experience. There was nothing we didn't like. We even got to bring two guests with no additional charge. Our guests at the wedding were raving about how delicious the food was. People were going up for more. We did the beef tenderloin and chicken with a mango salsa. The great thing about this catering is they will let you mix and match the menu. You can really make it your own. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Baldoria on the Water. We worked specifically with Linda and Karin and they went above and beyond to make our dream wedding possible. The venue is gorgeous, the prices are reasonable (even with the open bar), and our guests raved about the food. I had a bunch of decorations and ideas and felt like I was constantly bugging Karin and she never made me feel like an annoyance. When we walked into the venue after our ceremony (at a church) my husband and I had our breath taken away with how gorgeous everything was. Baldoria on the Water was one of our top choices when we first started looking at wedding venues. The location is a little deceiving but once you walk through the doors the venue is jaw dropping! As a wedding planner who has worked for a local venue in the past, I absolutely understand the challenges that all-inclusive venues face. Brides (and moms) can be emotional and have incredibly high standards, especially when dropping thousands of dollars on one day. The Baldoria is relatively new to the game, so I expected that there would be a few hiccups when planning my wedding, but they were absolutely fantastic overall. There was a little miscommunication with our initial planner, but once we were informed that she was no longer with the Baldoria, all of our issues were resolved beyond our expectations. Linda and Kayla did absolutely everything they could to meet our expectations and listen to us during the planning stages. There were a couple of very minor mishaps on the day (we didn't have champagne in the bridal room for most of the morning and there weren't dinner rolls served at the reception), but our wedding was still simply amazing. They went above and beyond to get a special bottle of tequila for the groom's room and to accommodate a non-traditional seating arrangement, which meant the world to us. The location is very convenient to hotels and local attractions, and I was especially drawn to the Tuscan vineyard look of the venue (I have planned so many "Old West Charm" events that I really didn't want to go that direction). I am a huge proponent of the all-inclusive venue because with the higher price tag comes a lot more value and a LOT less planning to do independently. The Baldoria is also a very good location for out-of-town guests since it has easy access to the mountains without as much of the high altitude risk. Absolutely beautiful setting. After a small hiccup, we had the pleasure of working with Karin. Karin was so detail oriented, it was amazing knowing not one thing was over looked. I was introduced to many of the staff members prior to our event - Bernice steels the show!! Any time I asked for anything her response was "yes we can do that" "I've got that" "oh, that's no problem" I had such a vision of how I wanted everything and she made sure every detail was extordinary!
