After a knee injury, Ross was highly recommended by a friend. I have a torn ACL and a partial tear in my MCL and since seeing Ross I have made lots of progress in building stability in the knee to avoid it giving way and also muscle strength. Ross has made me feel very comfortable and always explains what he is doing and why. I have had some associated discomfort in my back and hips as a result of my knee injury and again, Ross was able to help relieve these. I love seeing improvements in our clients from before and after treatments.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending many years in the corporate world, it was time for a change. Decided to retrain and set up Balanced Bodies. As I have always been keen on movement and rehabilitation, this was the perfect business for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are client centred, we work with our clients to achieve their goal.
We are open until 9pm allowing people who work during the day to book an appointment at a convenient time.
