Susan has been leading our exercise program twice a week for almost a year now. The residents in our building have all greatly benefited from Susan’s expertise in working with the older generation. She is knowledgeable with how to work with injuries and provides alternative moves for the ones that are unable to complete all the activities due to some physical restrictions. She is a delight to work with and we are all very happy to benefit from her wealth of information. More...

Susan has been leading classes at our seniors' retirement home for 8 months now and the consensus is that we have all benefited immensely during this time. She is very thorough and patient with her class and obviously enjoys her work immensely, plus her very gregarious personality have made her a firm favourite here. Is the investment worth the money? Absolutely YES! Having recently turned 71 years old - more than ever I have to choose how I want to grow older. Will it be healthy and active or the alternatives that I see around me every day. There is only one choice, but I've proven to myself in the past that I can't pull it off alone. Over the past 6-months I've had the good fortune of working with Susan and enjoying the benefits of better health. Are there times when I don't want to to show up for my training session? I meet with Susan for one-on-one training sessions with a focus on yoga. Each session is carefully crafted to compliment both my physical ability and potential…and I’ve come to expect a full hour of intensity, calm, inspiration and fun. I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Susan through one of her long time clients. I really don't know where to start with how amazing I feel she is. Susan has a dynamics about her that is infectious, a beautiful smile and a real sense in knowing what her clients need. She has interesting and fun ways in which she can modify exercises due to injuries, health concerns etc. at the same time keeping things fun, providing exceptional motivation and bringing her clients out of their comfort zones.
