Elena made the desserts for our Installation of Officers for the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts at Mechanics Hall, December 2016. I had a very specific request for a cupcake that looked like a high heel. After having been to a variety of other local bakeries that told me it could not be done, I was referred to Elena. She was incredibly professional, set up a cupcake tasting for us and a couple of prototypes for the dessert. She totally nailed what we were looking for and the cupcakes were fabulous! I wish I could post a picture with the review! She was very efficient and had them set up within plenty of time prior to our event. We have received nothing but rave reviews regarding the desserts. Absolute best! The cupcakes and cake Elena made for my wedding this weekend were amazing! It was clear she took time to arrange everything beautifully and she was so easy to work with and we couldn't be happier with the service! My wedding cake was delicious and beautiful. It was more than reasonably priced and I swear, it just showed up and it was beautiful.
I highly recommend her vanilla cake with strawberries and lemon curd. My mom even requested one for her birthday! Thank you for making my day perfect.
We've also spent many Saturdays trying to make appointments in the area for her delicious donuts. The Key Lime Pie one is my favorite!!

We all had such a great time, she did a wonderful job of showing us the basics of cake decorating, sharing stories of her experiences and answering our questions.
