What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to use my creativity and artistic nature to work alongside all of my lovely wedding couples to come up with a bespoke cake design specifically tailored for their special day. Not one single wedding is the exact same as another so why should your wedding cake be?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started working for myself at the age of 19 purely down to my passion for baking and being able to provide a service that wasn't readily available in my area at the time.

Since 2005 I have helped dozens of engaged couples bring their wedding cake ideas to life - yes, that is 17 years of professional cake expertise and extensive knowledge just an email away!
Far from being style over substance, my cakes taste just as good as they look, incorporating a range of both timeless nostalgic favourites in addition to fresh contemporary flavours so there's always an option to suit everybody.
From your first enquiry and initial ideas through to the setup at your venue on your wedding day, I will provide you with a friendly, professional and most importantly premium cake design service to ensure your wedding cake is an exquisite addition to not only your wedding day but your wedding memories

BakeBella is an online-based business and when you book BakeBella for your cake, it will be me and only me you deal with from start to finish which I hope adds the ‘personal touch’ that a lot of businesses aren't able to offer these days.
To meet the needs of all my wedding couples, I have found it is most efficient to discuss all aspects of your cake via email. Using this online-based approach not only allows me sufficient time to spend on each one of my couples but most importantly provides me with valuable time in the kitchen to work on your cake creations and make sure they look absolutely perfect on your wedding day.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the pandemic, I took the 'handling food during Covid-19' awareness course launched by the food.gov.uk and have since continued to carry out thorough cleaning, including deliveries of ingredients and supplies, in addition to the continued use of gloves when handling and setting up cakes at the venues.
This is on top of my home kitchen being registered with Wiltshire Council and my Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for Catering certificate in addition to up to date food allergy training.
I also hold business insurance of up to £5,000,000 which is a supplier requirement for most wedding venues in the UK. I am more than happy to supply certification upon request.
