Dottie Bailey is just a joy to work with. She drove all the way to Macon just to do a taste testing for us. She made delicious Pisco Sours, Old Fashioned, and Sparkling sangria for our wedding reception and all the guests LOVED IT. Highly recommend coming up with a few signature drinks with her instead of an open bar. Very very reasonable pricing per head, way way less than traditional liquor caterers. I instantly loved Dottie when we talked on the phone. She was so patient as I went back and forth trying to decide if what kind of bar we wanted. We hired Dottie for our wedding on October 27, 2017 at the Historic Courthouse, downtown Decatur, GA. From beginning to end it was like talking and working with your best friend. We did all our business by phone and email, she was always professional, always helpful, always pleasant and rolled with all the changes we made to the menu and how we wanted to do things up until hours before the wedding. When you're the bride you have to depend on your wedding coordinator and vendors to handle things while you're busy getting married. After the wedding, we had a open bar cocktail hour on the first floor. When I came back in from taking pictures, there was Dottie and Trisha all smiles, giving smiles in the form of drinks to our thirsty guests. They looked professional, the set up was wonderful, fun and festive and they blended in well. When we went upstairs for the reception and I finally got to sit, Dottie and Trisha came right over to me and congratulated and hugged me. Working over 10plus years in the industry for other companies inspired me to start my own. I was lucky to have a team of family members wanting to work for the family owned and operated business right away.
