Brilliant atmosphere..
Great group sessions and one to one sessions Via HIITPad..
Can train with the confidence that the coach knows exactly what he's talking about and makes it easy to understand and follow correct techniques. .

From kids to adults all classes seem to be immense..

Our little boy has been in this club for a couple of months now he’s picked some of it up so quick he loves his 2 sessions a week, the trainers are all great would recommend anyone who’s thinking of joining this sport to join bai Lang!

My 10 year old son has been a member of this club for the past 2 years, he has grown in confidence and absolutely loves his weekly training sessions, Lee is an amazing teacher he makes it fun and enjoyable but has also taught my son the discipline involved, my 6 year old has also recently started and looks forward every week to his session � if you are looking for a kickboxing club for your child this one comes highly recommended!

Always wanted to take kickboxing lessons, but have always felt put off by the idea of being the newbie in a class full of monsters. Was delighted to be able to get on the beginners adult course, can safely say it's one of the best decisions I've made.
The classes are fun and I've learned a fair bit in my short time.

As someone who has been taught by lee I can say he is an amazing martial arts teacher, always patient whatever level you are at. My son is now also a member of bai lang and in just over a month his classes have made him grow in confidence. Thanks to this club I found my confidence, I started off doing Lee Whitfield’s one to one HIITPad sessions which built my fitness level and stamina up really quickly, it gave me a feel for padwork again, coming from a boxing background Lee catered for my style really well. .After a while I made the leap into the adults kickboxing class, was made to feel welcome from day one and now remain a member of the Bai Lang family.. we have a great bunch so if you’re looking to join for fitness or to eventually compete, be part of the best kickboxing/K1/high intensity workout gym in Telford.. catering for pretty much all age ranges and also a woman’s only class,Come along and be part of the movement! My son started a few weeks ago and loves it. Great atmosphere and they are very patient with him. The uniform is great and would highly recommend Bai Lang kickboxing.
