DELICIOUS!!!! I coordinated a wedding this past weekend where Bacon Nation was catering and I don't think there was a guest there that didn't seriously enjoy their meal. So much delicious food. 2 small watermelon slices, corn on the cobb, coleslaw, the best mac and cheese with bacon ( I'm not a mac and cheese fan but this was so good) and a pulled pork or cajun chicken sandwich. I can’t say nice enough things about this food truck and it’s wonderful owners/chefs. They come to my work every Wednesday and feed me yummy, bacony goodness. Sooooo good! The mac and cheese was off the hook! The smokey bacon and creamy cheese was orgasmic together. I loved the Cajun seasoning on my chicken sandwich, and the purple onion and arugula finished it off perfectly. Can't wait to go back!

We've been wanting to visit Bacon Nation for a while now and finally timed a trip today to celebrate my birthday. We had the Pork-fecta sandwich, Golden Brown Deliciousness (GBD) grilled cheese sandwich, Love Balls (deep fried mac-n-cheese), and daily special of Portlandia Poutine and divided everything up family style. Bacon Nation did a phenomenal job of catering our Thanksgiving dinner. That bacon-wrapped meatloaf was killer with the twice-baked potatoes. Holy moly! Bacon Nation is amazing! They catered my wedding and I cannot express how awesome they are. First, their food is amazing! Best mac and cheese in town and all kinds of incredible styles of pork(Bacon, belly, pulled, you name it!) When they catered for our wedding they went above and beyond. They didn't have to come to us with any questions, they knew exactly what needed to be done. We did not have to stress out about the food at all. We met with Brett and Reina a few times before the wedding and they are super nice, fun and easy going. There was plenty of food, we had leftovers for days and their prices were reasonable.
