How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will help my clients to achieve goals such as :
- Feeling fitter by increasing body strength and stamina
- Increasing Core strength / reducing backache
- Toning up muscles e.g. get a flatter tum or a better six-pack
- Help you train to improve fitness in your chosen sport eg running, racket sports, snow sports

I love my job because I enjoyed motivation to my clients and help them to achieve their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To meet new people and I love coaching to anyone.
I love to do physical exercises and that's inspiring me to keep it fit.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I cleaned many equipment after used. I am well aware to keep it distance from each other.
