What do you love most about your job?
Helping support businesses through difficult and challenging times, seeing the business prosper after making the recommended improvements feels great.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been employed by companies for the past 35 years and helped then through some difficult times, through working at these companies I had gained allot of experience in all aspects of business and felt it was finally time to become an independent consultant and help other companies who need overall business support.

I have over 35 years experience in every aspect of business, due to previously held positions as Operations Manager, Managing Director and Founder & CEO, I have a wealth of knowledge for either start ups or well established businesses, I have also been developing and implementing databases into businesses which ensure efficient running of the business and enables the company to make informed data driven decisions.
Writing Business Plans
A detailed business plan is key to a businesses success.
I have written many, many business plans for start ups and established businesses including the financial details required to support funding applications.
I work with clients to ensure we have covered all aspects of the business plan and also guide the client in the right direction to ensure the business is actually a success.
Change Management
I am able to review the entire business and suggest changes that will improve the businesses financial performance, efficiency and productivity.
Organisational Structure
Having the correct organisational structure is very important to a businesses success, I am able to help lead the recruitment of the right people into the business.
I have recruited hundreds of staff over my time in business at all levels from engineering, customer care to senior management level.

Database Development
I am able to develop and install a database to enable the company to access data quickly and to ensure the accuracy of the data. This will also ensure all staff work in the same way by following the database process, this will increase productivity and overall efficiency. Data driven decisions will also be possible.
