Clare is an absolute miracle worker!
I came in with pelvic girdle pain and I could hardly walk! Heavily pregnant and not even being unable to stand or walk is so debilitating, but Clare was understanding, informative and after even one session I couldn’t believe the improvement in not just my posture but my pain levels!
