Airike is wonderful! Baby and I really enjoyed the classes. They gave me a great starting point and her encouragement has made me want to continue with the fitness and healthy eating. I now know I can actually do it! Thank you. More...

I did the prenatal and currently doing the postnatal classes too. Airike is very competent, provides a wealth of info on health related topics and is very sensitive to the individual needs of every one of us during every class. She is very accomodating for people who cannot attend each class as she offers to join another group or allows up 2 catch-up classes. Above all, Airike is one of the loveliest people you can meet; so positive and motivating More...

Q&As

First we'll screen and have a chat about your life, circumstances, goals, family, time and work. Then we'll do some appropriate fitness tests, and take some measurements. And then we'll start tailoring the program. All while having a chat, and keeping it easygoing and fun. Then we do the work, and then we measure the results.

Not focusing on getting the body of your dreams! Finding a fitness activity you really like, and sticking with it is the key. Plus being mindful about the food you eat!

I'm a pre- and postnatal trainer, and I'm a mom. So training moms who are going through the same struggles as me creates a lovely bond, friendships even. I love the chats, I love the babies, I love the rants, and wow I love when moms come and whisper in my ear how they have so much energy that they're ironing 10 pm like eejets haha. Or how they's husbands compliment their firmer bums!

I started as a client in this company. Had no fitness background what so ever. Loved the idea so much that got my qualifications done. I just wanted to share this experience to all moms. It saved my sanity when I was a first time mom, and for sure there are others like me out there. So after the qualifications were received, I bought the franchise. That was awesome but I wanted a 100% say on things, so I bought the franchise out. And it's all mine now. The business is completely me! My face all over it (figuratively).

I'm currently doing extra courses to top up my pre- and postnatal knowledge, and am super excited to put that all in to practice. For postnatal and prenatal women it's not about going crazy and doing loads of crunches and squat jumps. It's about working with the needs of a changing body suring the maternity cycle. The changes are huge so a mainstream exercise class is not really suitable.
