Workplace culture is the no. 1 thing I look for when job-hunting. I want to know the good days are going to be good and that even on the bad days, I have the support of a team that has my back. This is what I love most about working here. I genuinely look forward to coming into work each morning and getting down to business in an office that feels like home away from home. The fridge is always stocked. There are places for both chat and quiet work. Beers (or milkshakes) on a Friday, a relaxed, mature attitude towards flexible working that suits me well, and positive people who celebrate the wins and get their heads together when inevitable tough days rear up (every workplace has them).
