I took my 2 daughters, ages 9&8 this evening. They loved it! They did not want to leave and are dying to go back! Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

I absolutely love coming to the adult classes. I started with the ladies only class and learned that you don't have to "be in shape" to come get in shape! Venn shows you the goal of each obstacle and the modification if you aren't there yet. It really is for every age and ability level. It's a fantastic and FUN workout. This is a great gym for REAL Ninja Warrior training, aerial acrobatics, bull riding and MUCH more! Great instruction and accessible to everyone who is willing to learn and respectful of themselves and others. I take my 3rd grader here for the homeschool class. Im so thankful for professional trainers that are great with the kids. Ninga Warrior has blessed my son with the opportunity to develop himself physically according to honor his a ancistors, genetics and heritage he was born with. He is exhausted after the full hour session a few times a week. Ninga warrior has taught him to be mindful of his own space and where others are in relation to him. It has encouraged him to reach his limits and overcome his fears. It has taught him the proper way to fall and other tricks that help him out. This is not the little kids gymnastics Ninga warrior class. This is the real stuff that prepared you for real competitions. When you consider what you are getting for the price it is right. The facility is awesome. They even play music during Ninga warrior class which is a plus. Their is some free time before and at the end of class making class actually a little over an hour long. Their was some conditioning that happened to his legs and arms when he first started but he has toughened up. This has been just what he needed. More...

Great fun, with a great atmosphere, with great people. I thought I was in good shape, but this place has helped me learn the limitations my mind has. Your mind can make you hold youself back on things your body can do. I have been going just about two weeks.
