Best ever. Mark was able to diagnos exactly what's happended to my Macbook. I told him that I changed my Keybord before, and that I am suspecting that there is a problem in my keybord, which does not allow me to login to my desktop. Many previous repairers told me the same because that's the second time happening to my laptop during this year, so I thought it is the same problem. However, Mark simply opened the Mac straight away, and kept me updated while he was diagnosing the problem of my laptop. He found that my battery was not fixed, the fan was full of dust, and shockingly the Keybord was fine. He believes that if i only Format the Mac, My problems would be solved. I had loads of important Documents and Photos that i couldn't just delete. So, he delayed closing his Shop for about 40 min, just so that i would transfer them in a Cheap 128 GB (Flash disk) that I bought from his Chop. I'm still transfering my Docs, and Tomorrow i will take my Mac to him. My MacBook Pro suffered liquid damage one week ago, I went to Genius Bar in Leicester, the estimated price for repair was 900 pound before tax. Then I came here, finally get my mac repaired perfectly with half of the price. Mark was incredibly helpful and considerate, he called me several times to report what was going on with my mac and even loaned me an Air during this week. I took my MacBook 12” in after the SSD corrupted. The SSDs are soldered straight to the logic board so it was always a tough fix (and potentially expensive as Apple normally make you buy a new logic board). The guy at the counter seems to really knows his stuff and is quick to identify laptop problems. In my case the conclusion was my laptop had gone past the stage where repair was justified (the honesty was appreciated). He had some good advice about which laptop to buy next though. On several previous occasions the smaller problems I had with the laptop were resolved. I don't normally write reviews but I have to say this place is highly commendable. It’s the most, wonderful tiiiimme of the year!!! (December... if you’re reading this in July) Went in yesterday with the blue screen of doom lighting up my laptop like a depressed Christmas tree. I’ll have a blue, blue Christmas indeed I thought... ❄️I was fully expecting to have to beg all my friends/family for Christmas money to put towards a new laptop or fork out hundreds for a repair... but oh no, the magic of Santa and sweet baby Jesus combined and appeared in the form of Mark - the lovely IT wizard who greeted me and fixed my laptop within a couple of hours!! Honest, kind, professional, no fuss, no nonsense, and oh so reasonably priced; I’ve had more stressful experiences going to the spa. This place is fab. But wait, there’s myrrh: If they can’t fix it, they’ll tell you... there’s snow scams here.
