Hi there! I’m Bex, a health & fitness coach based in Surrey. I love helping and training clients in a one-to-one capacity, in a small and focused group setting or in fun, upbeat, larger bootcamp style classes.

To me fitness is about being healthier, happier and stronger than you used to be — simple!

Everyone is different and you've got to enjoy and see progress from your sessions with me.
Before starting, we will meet for an in-depth complimentary consultation to discuss what you would like to achieve from your sessions, set realistic goals together, discuss likes / dislikes re your health and fitness to date and for you to understand how I typically work with my clients.
From there we will get started, every session will be different in terms of challenges, tracking and seeing progress, so you end each session feeling stronger, happier and fitter!

Trusting in the process, being patient and consistent along with setting realistic, achievable goals.

I wasn’t a natural candidate for a health & fitness coach — in a previous life I spent over 15 years in finance and the mountain of excess definitely took its toll. A magic redundancy and an awesome husband gave me the opportunity to leap into madness and here I am — doing something I absolutely love, working with my amazing clients on their goals towards being healthier, fitter and happier superstars.
​I also attempt motherhood to Soph and Will who rock my world, in both good ways and bad, creating both the wrinkles and laughter lines!
