Rodger claimed he could reseal the leaks in the guttering. He climbed on the roof and I trustingly paid him in cash. He showed me a photo of ripped off roof felt in the gutter. .. the leak there was a lot worse afterwards than before he climbed up, so I can only wonder what happened there... all the other leaks were still there apart from one that stopped leaking for about a week and then started leaking again. I complained and asked for my money back, but it wasn’t a great surprise that there was always another excuse. I wonder if I was just seen as easy prey for a bit of a no job done? Unfortunately it looks like that... So if you look like the kind, considerate and trusting type, don‘t choose Rodger

Very professional and prompt and friendly good service

I had a quick response to my need that was followed by a visit and a quote which I accepted and confirmed a start date. On the morning when he was due to start he rang to say that he could not make it due to illness. We arranged a new date but he did not turn up with no explanation. I rang to find out why; he said that he could not remember anything about the job and tried to blame his father. At this point I cancelled the contract.
