Recently had Neil out to fit a new boiler as our old boiler sadly packed in a couple of weeks ago. Boiler supplied & fitted same day and really pleased with how genuine & friendly Neil was, not at all what I expected as I am always weary when calling out tradesmen for any job due to a poor past experience I had. Always difficult when trying to get a plumber you don't know. Read previous reviews and decided to take chance. Gut instinct was correct. Called Neil to tell him of my problem with lack of water when I had changed taps. Only one tap worked in whole house. Neil came along at the arranged time and quickly established what the problem was, problem was soon solved, water and heating restored. Neil was courteous hard working and extremely reliable. I have had doubts when selecting tradespeople from the internet rather than word of mouth , glad I picked B Plumbing to carry out the work, cost was very fair and I will now recommend to family and friends, I will use B Plumbing again for a job next year that i want done. We had problem with no heating coming on, we had hot water. I called Neil Buchanan who gave lots of advice over phone and said he would come and take a look and suggested we needed a power flush ( another friend had already told us this) he was totally professional from start to finish, other issues arose and he dealt with each one and fixed each one. We now have a fully functioning boiler. He went that extra mile for no extra cost. 1st class job completed and would recommend to all friends or those he have problems with their heating.
