This is a story of top notch customer service, in addition to a great product. I bought some shades on April 28, around noon at a local retailer (support the little guy) for my birthday.
They fit fantastically - not many wood shades do. Love the polarized lenses. And they just look good.
Sadly, I had only worn them for a couple hours when one of the ear pieces split near a screw. Always a hazard with wood. I took some photos and sent an email on a Sunday morning. By Monday, I had a response and new shades were on the way.
They arrived today and they new ones are just as awesome. And there was a hand written note on the invoice that said, "happy birthday."
Like I said. Top notch customer service.
You guys are awesome.

B Fresh makes the best shades in the game in my opinion, hands down. Found these guys working the lot at Phish Dick’s last year and copped a pair of the Honeydripper’s, which far exceeded any other pair of sunglasses I’ve ever owned for a super affordable price.
