Brendan is a truly excellent trainer. Knowledgable and organised, he puts together fantastic sessions, switching things up so you never get bored. His attention to detail is impeccable. He always takes into consideration each individual persons goals and tweaks each session to suit that person. As well as that he is always encouraging and friendly, cultivating a really fun and relaxed atmosphere in small group training - which makes coming to the gym a real pleasure. I saw excellent results while training with Brendan, and am very thankful to him for motivating me in the gym, and outside of it. I could not recommend him highly enough. Brendan is an awesome PT, very good at listening to what your needs and your preferences are to match it with the perfect workout for you. All together he made training much more enjoyable, because he switches it up and makes sure you are enjoying yourself and at he same time burning the calories you need to burn. When I decided I was ready to train on my own he didn't just leave me on my own, but provided me with a 6 weeks plan to keep me going for a while. Consistency, people see a difference in a few weeks and go back to their old ways.
What do you love most about your job?
It's that good I don't have a job, I love it that much. Yes, cheesy but that's the truth.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started as a joke but the more I looked into it I found like I found my place on what my life is about, I do charity work because I do like to help people.
