I worked with B Elegant to cater two awards banquets I coordinated at the Waterloo Region Museum in March 2018 & 2019. Robyn is wonderful to work with. Her organization and attention to detail help make our events seamless. The banquet staff were great; top notch customer service, prompt with setting up, helpful/attentive, and so professional. Used B-Elegant for our company holiday party and everyone loved it ! Appetizers that were recommended by the staff were passed around before dinner and they were all delicious. B Elegant catered our wedding of 150 people at Roseville Estate in August 2018. We were truly grateful to Robyn and Jenny, and all of the catering crew for their professionalism and outstanding customer service the entire process. There were so many extra things that they did on our behalf including making a cocktail sign for a signature drink, creating place cards to differentiate menu choices for guests, and doing an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. The crew ever so neatly places everything together that didn't belong to them and we were so impressed with how everything was taken care of. The food was tremendous and we are still receiving compliments about it! People raved over the food truck experience and we felt it was such a wonderful touch for our outdoor wedding.
